Meet Janie

Hi I am Janie.  I am so excited you are here.  I’ve been passionate about health for the past 25 years ever since working and being healed by a naturopathic doctor through hormonal issues and mercury poisoning.  Coming out of that journey (after not realizing how good I could feel) I pivoted from my career in fashion and corporate work to build and scale some of the most innovative, iconic health and wellness brands, bringing tools and technology to the global market.  

Wanting to bring all that knowledge, data and experience back to my personal passions, I launched my Health Optimization and Advisory Agency. I’ve worked with clients to help them lose weight + build confidence, manage their A1C levels + over snacking, overcome hormone challenges, extreme fatigue, digestive + immunity challenges to name just a few. 

At the core of my work is the belief that truly feeling healthy goes beyond just diet and exercise.  While managing blood sugar, optimizing protein intake and incorporating weight training are critical to physical health, the connection between our mind and body is equally important.  Breathing, mindfulness, creativity, and mental well-being are the foundations that allow us to truly experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.  My approach ensures that every aspect of your health - physical and emotional - works together so you can all live a long, healthy, happy and vibrant life.
